I'm hoping to take my son skiing this coming weekend (Feb 22-23) but it's looking like it might be pretty rainy.  Any suggestions on where in the area we'd have the best chance of not having a total wash-out?  I'm thinking Blue Knob or Wisp might be worth the risk, but would appreciate hearing from some of you veteran area skiers.  BTW, I'm newly back to skiing after many years (decades) and had never gone in this area before but got my 13 yr old to try it this year and we're hooked - and all the great advice here has been super helpful.  Thank you all so much.

Forecasts change, but doesn't look like Sat/Sun will be a washout. In fact, it could be pretty nice spring conditions. Warm temps on a solid snow base. Carvable snow and soft bumps.

Thursday/Friday, however, could be wet.

Most places have a solid base so skiing should be fine.  Just watch the weather and drive where the radar looks good.
