Nice Denis. He's very articulate with great advice. I like how he hunts for powder on the edge of a trail. Here's another video on him when he was a bit younger, age 95: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KoQ5IEUpKEA#t=182
He was apparently a Utah industrial bigwig and was given a lifetime pass to Alta for community work way back in 1967. He's sqeezed the most out of that pass!
I noted that George said he didn't learn to ski until he was 43.
Another 90+ skier at Alta is Naomi, who has been spending two weeks a month at Alta Lodge for decades. I got to ski a few runs with her a couple weeks ago. Just after her 92nd birthday. One of her birthday presents was an early ride up Collins with ski patrol before the lift opened to the public. She skis every weekday morning, and Sundays if it's good conditions. She learned to ski at age 40. Told me a story of a day when she did Devil's Castle five times. She thinks she was in her 50s or maybe early 60s. Said it was worth it because that's where the best snow was that day.
