I got my Christmas present early. POC mips helment. With dr. Dre ear muffs for a few tunes will I turn! Going to smuggs soon and old helment was disintegreating. I think it will take a little getting use too. It's a little snug and makes my googles sit slightly lower. Not uncomfortable, just different.

Should provide great protection for things like inverted aerials :-)

I've heard great things about MIPS. Would like to see it offered in more helmets. That POC Reactor is expensive. 

We outfitted the whole family with POC MIPS, 3 last season, and the last two this season. It seems like a good technology, keepin' the melons protected. I scoured eBay for them during the off seasons, they were still expensive, but so is living like a vegetable the rest of your life.

Price point not significantly different then other multi impact helmets. Wore it around house a few times to get it packed out some. Starting to feel good. The dr dre ear muffs are pretty cool. However, I must admit the comments from my wife and son has kept me from wearing it too much :).
