Just put the trusty snowboard away, and fresh'nd up the MT. Bike. I was curious if anybody is willing to share there secret off road biking spots. Last fall I hit a place called Paddy's Cove, its a trail in the GW National Forest. It can be accessed off of Route 55 (VA) just before the WV state line.

I would say that its an expert trail, I'm no expert and I found it to be very difficult. Its a 10 mile loop that includes steep inclines, large rocks, and a number of small streams. The last 2.5 miles brings you down the mountain on a gravel fire road with many switchbacks.
