We spent the weekend with some relatives at Peek n Peak Resort. It's not much in the way of vertical (~400) but they've done some unique things to make it interesting with what they have.
Excellent park areas, a very cool bag jump and something like a motocross trail. The cross trail was super cool and the bag jump was a blast to just let loose, go off a decent size jump without the worry of landing.
Below is a link to their parks page with an awesome drone video of their bordercross trail and a map of it as well. It's about 1/2 way down the page. We must have that cross trail 10 - 15 times.
Very cool. Whitetail built a similar one for their 1-day skier/boarder cross race.
Impressive that Peek n Peek can keep that groomed and shaped permanently.

I agree - amazing what a resort can do when they "focus" on the customers experience.
