i was looking at a couple small condos in expedition and highland house. Anyone know anythin about the monthly/annual fees/cost that goes with one of these units?

I'm not sure about those properties, but we own a condo in Summit and we pay about $525/mo in condo fees. Electricity and phone  are the only things not included in that. The realtors up there should have a quick answer for you, each property is different. Summit is 30 years old and needs a lot of repairs, so that raises the fee, but it's not as luxe as those other places you're looking at. 

Bumps - for reference - at Snowshoe Mtn Lodge a 2 BR 2 BA is 542 and a 1 BR 1 BA is 363.

Includes everything except elec.

Thanks. Not real serious yet, but wanted to look at numbers.

HOA fees are a little high for what you get. IMO  

Sometimes you also can have specail assessments so keep that in mind.
