Just bought some XC Ski's off of Craigs List for fun. Can anyone recommend "how to video links" that they love for waxing and learning to ski?? Ski wax recos, meet ups . . . anything that you have watched/done/liked for a newbie??
Just bought them to tool around the neighbor hood nexxt year when it snows 5-8 inches (dang, I am already thinking of next year).

Did you get "waxable" or "waxless" (fish scaled) skis?
I use waxless, and occasionally hotwax the non-scaled tips and tails. I regularly wax the whole ski with a rub-on all-temp wax or Zardoz to keep from snow sticking on the frequent warm snow days.
If you have waxable skis, there's a whole big world of waxing philosophies and enthusiasts and professionals out there.
