I am touring Southern Spain and today while visiting the Alhambra in Granada I had a beautiful view of the nearby Sierra Nevada mountains and the still open Ski Station Sierra Nevada. I would like to post the picture taken from a vantage point on a 1000 year old fortress!

from the Colonel, "Here is web site for the ski station (Sierra Nevada in southern Spain). It is quite large with near 4k vertical.
Granada is at 2500 feet, ski area at over 10k and just 17 miles from town (Granada). In next email I'll send pic taken from Battlements at the Alhambra, originally a 10th century Moorish stronghold."
