I don't understand how he could be seen as a terrorist threat. Maybe he could be seen as a theft threat....but not all burglars wear ski masks.
....but not all burglars wear ski masks.
Why do they call them ski mask's? They should call them burglar masks. I can't remember the last time i saw what they call a ski mask on a skier.
