Is the Allsnow app no more?

Does anyone use the AllSnow app? I have used it for the last couple of years. Love that I got snow reports and GPS in one app. But this year it is not updating. Also not in the App store anymore. Anyone else with these issues?

Any other apps out there that do BOTH snow reports and on snow GPS tracking?
