It looks like my group will get in our final turns of the season this weekend.
We'll be at rope drop near Ballhooter Fri / Sat / Sun at 9 AM. Look for for these 3 goofballs on the left. We'll be drinking some beer and watching tons of hoops if that interests anyone.
I'll be there late tonight. Out at rope drop in orange pants. If anyone is a UMD fan let me know, planning on watching the game.
Tempted to come up for Sunday with some friends. How are we feeling about roads?
My friend went up last night and I'm heading up this afternoon....they should be making snow tonight!!!

As one who lurks on these boards, rarely posts, and appreciates the good info, thinking about making the trip from Richmond early tomorrow a.m. through Sunday for a final outing for the year. Any reports from today and or the forecast would be appreciated. Thank you!
Go to NWS official site at
forecast.weather.gov Or Weather.gov
and insert Snowshoe, WV and get week forecast from Charleston NWS office! Pay no attention to current weather data as this comes from airport at Warm Springs, VA, a much lower location.
also can go to Accuweather.com and insert Linwood, WV

Make the trip...had a blast today hoping for 8" snow tomorrow + snow making, saturday and Sunday should only be better

Make the trip. Friday was wonderfu and there is steady snow at 8 AM
I admit I am very tempted to make a midweek trip. Is the snow as good as it looks from the webcams? How are the trails?
