Did he retire from 7S? I haven't seen him mentioned in their Snow Reports. After performing a web search, I saw no mention of him retiring from 7S. Just curious. He put in many years of service for both the Dupres and Nutting.

Dick is still the guy in charge of the patrol, great guy who does a hard job very well

Dick Barron stepped down from the "Director of ski operations" position to just being the "Head for ski patrol".  He is still down there at 6am every day.   Super nice guy.    

Thanks for the info guys. Glad he's doing well. I met him one time and he seemd like such a great guy.
