Given the low snowfall and  trying snowmaking conditions it might be a good idea to groom out those whales on OTW and try and get the entire trail in shape so that it is enjoyable to ski.  Then let it bump up.  Just my two cents.  As it skied on Sunday it would be hard to imagine that anyone would enjoy the skiing conditions.  I skied with a bunch of expert skiers and instructors on Sunday and no one was enjoying that trail. 

Since I'm giving my two cents kudos on allowing the quarter of White Lightening skiers right under the lift out 15 yards into trail to bump up.  Especially at the top where they normally groom. That was by far the best skiing on the mountain.  I hope you continue to not groom that section of the trail as the trail is plenty wide enough to allow intermediates to ski the groomed side and experts and adventurous intermediates to play in the bumps and jump back onto the groomer if they want.  I'm sure a two minute conversation from management to the groomers could make this happen and would make your customers really happy.  I can't tell you how many skiers I skied with on Sunday that were loving that part of the trail.

I give the bumps on White Lightning a big 2nd! Tline is known as a skiers hill, and having a great bump run or "two" definitely helps solidify that title.  

Personally, I like the features on Off the Wall (especially when there is some fresh). Feels like out West a bit. However, if it were a maintained bump run that would be great too.

I'm fine with whales in normal snow years but since that trail still needs snow why not use those big whales instead of wasting it
