Dennis D. provides the following information on a small ski area that existed in central/northeast Pennsylvania in the 1970s:
“The name was Ski Cove Village and was located in Zion Grove, PA. It was a small place with one rope tow and one double chair. They had a great rustic lodge with a round stone fireplace in the center, night skiing, and snowmaking. It’s the area my mother taught me to ski at in the late 1970s and many fond memories took place there. I believe it is now Cove Village Association which is a gated private residential development.”
Dennis provides this link to a photo/postcard he found on Flickr that he believes is related to this ski area.
