I looked today and noticed for the entire season, no day has more than 10 available passes at the discount online rate. Is this normal? I haven't been to the Shoe in probably 15 years, so I never purchased ahead of time online. I am hoping to get a 3 for all, but it makes me nervous to wait until the sale comes to my area if there is a chance that the pre sale discount online will be gone.
I think it has been that way for a while. They are kind of like the airlines, changing rates frequently.
That 3 for all is a nice deal for people who ski SS once a year.
The best deal is the 3 for all that they offer at regional REI's.
Typically I ski 2-3 days at Snowshoe, in the past I had their season pass. But I can save $50 and get the three day ticket. The season pass made sense when there were resort sharing privs, but now that that's gone it isn't worth it.

I miss those days. We used to get a free day at HV, 7S, BK and Wisp with our SS pass. If I recall saturdays were blacked out as well as the holidays.
For a few years I "paid" for my season pass with half price days at 7S, HV and LM. I'd typically ski $300-400 in value from half price or free days, then get a few days at Snowshoe.
I'm sure I'm not the only one who used this to death, probably the reason they killed the program.
In the glory days I could ski for around 25-30% price all season.
On 12/3, Snowshoe started an online sale of the 3 For All. $169 for 3 days, anytime. Probably won't last long.
